Children come into the world with certain basic emotional needs: the need to feel loved and the need for a positive self-esteem. As a care giver, it is your job to be aware of these needs, and communicate with your child in a way that will support your child’s positive growth. This course is designed to give child care givers insight into understanding children’s emotional needs, so as to improve the outcomes in raising them.

This is an online course. There are no physical classes. The course lasts for 12 weeks. When you register, you will be added to a closed WhatsApp community where you can interact with tutors and fellow students.
There will be quizzes, group discussions, assignments and a project. On completion, you will be awarded a certificate of completion (at three levels; Distinction, Merit or Pass).
